I led an end-to-end, foundational redesign of Eventbrite’s Help and Support, creating a scalable, user-centered infrastructure. The design and validation of the information architecture reduced user friction and enabled AI-powered, personalized contextual support. This transformation streamlined self-service journeys across high-frequency user tasks while aligning Help and Support with the brand and integrating within the product experience.

I partnered across Product, Marketing, and Engineering to shape 10x Genomics’ digital experience during a large-scale rebrand. With a focus on accessibility-first design aligned with WCAG standards, I contributed to the design system, and helped drive adoption across all digital touchpoints. I worked closely with front-end teams to ensure designs scaled in production, accelerating execution while delivering a cohesive, end-to-end customer experience.

Building on the brand’s style guide, I led the end-to-end design and development of web, email, and digital marketing collateral, focusing on creating a cohesive, user-centered experience across touchpoints. I redesigned and developed responsive marketing email templates, which optimized usability and engagement, resulting in a ~50% increase in click-through rate (CTR).
